Harden is fun as hell to watch, but Derozan is very electrifying. His pump fakes are magnificent.
2019 Eastern Conference All Stars
Derozan
Lowry
Ibaka
Valanciunas
Van Vleet
Delon Wright
Lebron
Embiid
There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

But again, if you go BY THE DEFINITION, who is most VALUABLE to their team's success, it has to be Anthony Davis.
But in all fairness Harden deserves it too.
If we go by the literal definition, Devin Booker is the MVP of the NBA. But obviously that is a completely insane way of looking at things, so we go by the manner which most makes sense. Someone having a dominant season and helping their team win a ton of games. Well.. most of the time the award is given for this.

Re: 2018 MVP Discussion Pt II
I know from week 1 its always been Harden vs flavor of the week.. But I genuinely want to know, for those people who intellectually think Derozan deserves the MVP, what argument does he have over Harden.. I mean record-wise Houston has a better record, also you can make the argument that top to bottom Derozan has a better supporting cast then Harden.. On personal stats, its not even close, Harden wins every statistical category and Derozan's man to man defense is really on part with Harden, and Hardens post defense is almost (dare I say) very good.. didn't say elite said its very good.. Derozan is just shooting 1% better at 46% while Harden is at 45%, but Harden literally is handedly beating him in all categories.. other then just saying he is boring, I really want to know why real fans think Derozan is superior.. Derozan himself doesn't think that.. smart man, I personally don't even put him in top 5. I am sorry but Westbrook has shown me record really doesn't matter.. Current top ten are .. 1. Harden 2. AD 3. Lebron 4. KD 5. Damian 6. Steph 7. Giannis 8. Westbrook 9. Derozan 10. Oladipo.. Don't think any one can argue with this list.

Derozan has no superstar sidekick. Why was Kobe and Shaq penalized for playing with one another but not Hardon who had Paul. That said, I think AD is the MVP.
