Guy has no heart. I seriously wondered if he was hesitant to sign that max deal because he knew he wasn't worth it and he'd let the fans down. I'd REALLY like to know what it is exactly that he offers to winning basketball as a max player. I wonder if the Wolves could even trade the guy at this point.

Dont know why they didnt let him hit RFA. Would way rather have him at 4/112 over 5/148 even if it meant it hurt his feelings and he walks like Hayward did. I have always seen him as he will leave no matter what anyways.

It looks bad right now. His shot isn't falling, if his percentages improve he'll probably go back to where he was last year offensively. Defensively he's looking better, but he's just gone from awful to bad.

But it's not a lost cause just yet. DeMar DeRozan was putting up nearly identical numbers when he was Wiggins' age, I think there are clear parallels between the two players.

Difference is Demar improved to get to the level where he was putting up those types of numbers. Wiggins has been doing it since his rookie year and hasn't improved a lick in 4 years.

Difference is that DeMar got his max money on his second extension, not off his rookie deal.

Wiggins has just struggled to coexist alongside Butler I feel. Who is better in all aspects of basketball. His efficiency is down across the board despite more offensive talent on the squad.

Not a complete lost cause, but comparing him to Demar is disingenuous. It's rare a guy comes in as raw as DD and progresses to the point where they're one of the most skilled offensive wings. It's not impossible for Wiggins, but it's not likely at all.

Wiggins is a chucker. The sheer amount of long 2's or contested 2's he settles for is ridiculous. His shots are almost never within the flow of the offense. His hands are absolutely made of stone. He doesn't assist the ball. Doesn't rebound. Doesn't steal. Now his free throws are garbage.

Seriously, this guy needs to come off the bench already. Max player.

Andrew Wiggins is all hype. Dude got his money though.

Wiggins is a net negative player, but not the worst max player ever. He sucks tohugh.
