It is the third time that I have posted this in a game thread but I still don`t get it.
Why exactly is Baynes starting over Theis? There isn`t a single basketball related thing Baynes can do better.

gentry is such a horrible coach. i know pelicans bench is terrible but their playbook is brutal

Theis doesn't have the size to bang in the paint like Baynes. Baynes has played his role well this year.

More experience, more reliable mid ranger, better D on big centers, Horford prefers playing with him. That's about it i guess. Theis is better some nights but not always.

Baynes does his job well. I thought he was good on Detroit too... don't know why SVG thought Boban would be better.

I agree he hasn't been right for a while, but I don't know that every time he goes into a slump it can be blamed on injury.
