Who should replace DeMarcus Cousins for All-Star game in "LeBron" Team?

I guess Russel Westbrook will take Boogie spot in now new projecting starting Irving-Westbrook-LBJ-Durant-Davis lineup, but the subject of this thread is who should be the new 12th man in Captain James team, to replace missing Cousins.

Personally, I think it must be some frontcourt player from the West. Boogie was the only real center in LeBron team, so Denver center Nikola Jokic is the first name which comes to my mind, followed by Paul George, which is not center, but biggest frontcourt name from the West which not selected this year for ASG.

Other poll options include Chris Paul, future HOF, which in different circumstances should be #1 alternate option, but a big problem in CP3 case is the fact that LBJ team already has 5 pure guards. Another voting choice is the cumulative option of some Clippers player because they are .500 team and Los Angeles is host city this year. In normal circumstances, I will put there only Lou Williams name, but because he is a guard, Griffin or Deandre Jordan are also the legit options now.

And because we don't know are substitute player which replacing DMC must be from the West under new ASG rules, I put as poll options Andre Drummond from East as center with best 2017-18 numbers which is not selected, and Miami option, a team with best W-L record without any player selected for 2018 ASG which include guard Goran Dragic, their best player this season, and Hasan Whiteside, their best center. <= this problem is solved

EDIT:
(LINK TO NEW RULES EXPLANATION)

Q: What happens if one of the selected All-Stars gets injured prior to the game?
A: As in previous seasons, Commissioner Adam Silver will select a replacement player from the same conference as the injured player.

Sorry to all who already voted, but I just find this explanation which clears all doubts about rules. Cousins replacement MUST BE from the West, so Drummond and Miami options are not eligible and I deleted it from this poll. If you already voted, please vote again because previous votes from old 6-poll options are deleted (sorry once again)

I'm guessing Paul George gets in.

I know it looks little bit ruthless, but the news is already confirmed that Cousins injury is so hard that he will miss the rest of the season, so talking about the all-star game, there is no any doubt that he will be replaced.

Jokic.

I'm tempted to say Paul based on impact but I just find it tough when he's missed so many games and the only reason DEN is in the Playoffs right now for the most part is Jokic. CP3 isn't on the Rockets they're still one of the top teams in the league but again I wouldn't have any qualms if he was the guy selected.

It may be fun to give Lou the nod. Tbh I feel like his numbers are a bit inflated as a result of a very depleted team and it wasn't like their record was any good without Blake but hey it's a career year so whatever. Funny enough I feel the least compelled to give PG the nod out of those names because the success of OKC really actually didn't take off until Russ went back to being the more ball dominant player but I do acknowledge PG has done an admirable job defensively so whatever but again I'd say Nikola personally.

Anyone know if it can be player from either conference or just the West?

I’d imgaine they’ll want an even number of players from both conferences so I’ll assume it has to be a player from the West that replaces Cousins.

I hope Paul George or Chris Paul get it since their the two snubs that didn’t do any complaining at all about not getting in and that should be rewarded imo.

Has to be somebody from the west, so Drummond isn't eligible.

Nothing a few cartwheels couldn't help overturn.

who makes the choice? Silver or Lebron? if Lebron gets to choose, he might pick CP3 .

Here is the old rule:
After fan voting determines the starters for the Eastern and Western Conference All-Stars, the 30 head coaches vote for the remaining team members in their respective conferences, selecting seven players -- two guards, two forwards, a center and two players regardless of position. If any of the All-Stars are unable to participate in the midseason classic for any reason, NBA Commissioner will select a replacement.

In past, with West-East format, it is 100% clean replacement will be someone from the same conference. Due to current 12+12 process selection, I guess it is about 90% chances that replacement must be from the same conference, but in case it is not the case, I put here Drummond and Miami options also (just in case).

My opinion is Lou Williams got jobbed, but since he is a big, my guess would be Paul George,

Jokic. It was a travesty he wasn't picked in the first place. I like how everyone thinks playoff teams should at least get their best player on an AS team but Jokic gets left in the cold.
