This guy tweeted this today and most of Cavs fans are pissed at him and blaming him for the Cavs.

IMO he's the right one in the story. He spent a lot of money to keep LBJ and his buddies happy. As long as LeBron is the great player he's, its worth the investment.

But LBJ is clrearly declining, so his pettiness, bad decisionn making and lack of leadership begins to weight againts him and its not worth the trouble.

This is what happens when one player has too much power. It's the franchise fault for catering to him, but what else can you do they if Lebron is holding the team hostage?

Look at Blatt, fine coach, but Lebron didn't like him so his is out for yes-man Lue.

Well... like with any impending/inevitable break-ups, the reason is never truly one-sided.

The Cavs had an absolutely disastrous offseason that destroyed the team and led to this inevitable mess. And the blame for that mostly lies on Gilbert. Most of LeBron's complaints about Gilbert (that are voiced through proxies like Windhorst) are pretty reasonable. You can blame LeBron for not committing, but would you want to commit to Gilbert?

everyone who want to win championship over warriors or rockets this year are delusional. cavs could do whatever they can and they would still have like 10% of chance to win if they are lucky. it is easy to judge others when you dont actually invest anything, but try to put your savings on roulette at vegas and then come back and talk about competition at any cost lol
there is almost no chancefor cavs to win this year so whats the point to waste their future to be number 2? its like brooklyn all over again

LeBron deserves a lot of blame, but Gilbert is an idiot. I really hope he sells the team.

Both of them. But I simply hate how Lebron thinks he has to run everything on that team and how he keeps asking for more and more money for himself and his friends, compromising capspace and making things even more difficult.

Griffin should not have been fired. But Kyrie demanded out why? Because they almost traded him to Phoenix? And even then they didn't have to trade him, and certainly didn't have to still go through with that Boston trade even after it was clear that IT was badly injured. Gilbert sabotaged this season because he wanted that Nets pick and LeBron is right to take issue with it.

It was Griffin that tried to trade Irving. It was Griffin who **** their most valuable asset(Irving) because LBJ and Griffin wanted Paul George and Bledsoe.

Gilbert was right to fire Griffin, exactly because Kryie demanded the trade and everthing started to fall after.

Both. LeBron wanted too much stroke and Gilbert was too eager to appease him.

Whomever gave 15m/y to J.R Smith and 90m in 5 years to T.Thompson.

What did he do to be considered a good GM? Cavs's bench last Finals was Deron Willians, Shumpert and Richard Jefferson .

I think it is only Gilbert's fault for giving so much power to one player. Other than that, most of it is on Lebron. Kyrie wanted out to due to Lebron. Gilbert opened his wallet to win so without that happening a championship wouldnt be possible without someone paying the high luxury tax.

Lebron wanted Blatt gone. That is the only reason that Lue is even head coach right now. Lue ultimately is the reason there is so much dysfunction in the locker room. The coach needs to get the team to practice, hold them responsible and help develop the team. Every player outside of Love and Bron have regressed. Lue has zero control over this team and lacks any coaching skill.
