Who do you think is the most underrated player this season?

I think Jrue Holiday is the most underrated player in the league right now. He's having a great season averaging 19 PPG, 6 APG, 4.5 RPG, 50% FG and a top 3 perimeter defender but no one talks about him.

Tempted to say Jingles, but it has to be Jrue.

Probably Jrue. He's putting up great numbers and he's really great defender.

This season, he's allowing only 0.71 PPP when defending pnr ball handler, that's amazing, best PG in the league in defending pnr.

Well, the key word is 'underrated'. For me, I've always expected Jrue to perform at the level he's performing. I am, however, continually amazed on the effectiveness of Ingles. Perhaps the sting of watching him relentlessly torch my Dubs is still emblazoned in my mind. Therefore he gets my vote here.

I never understood why Lou Williams changes teams so often. Seems like people love the guy everywhere he goes.

Easily Jrue for me. Anthony Davis gets all the credit for the Pelicans resurgence, but Jrue has been playing at an all star level most of this season.

I'll go with Jrue, but I think James Johnson has a case. Nobody seems to talk about him.

Going with Jrue or Steven Adams. Each of those teams could easily be out of the playoffs without them. Would add Middleton if the Bucks were doing better, think he gets a lot of the credit he deserves nowadays anyway.

Jrue Holiday gets severely underrated. To me, he is right up there in the same tier with Butler and Giannis as elite 2-way wing, just below Kawhi.

Overall I'd go with Jrue. Everyone knows Lou Will is winning 6th man so he's not exactly underrated.

I'd say Bellinelli has been a pretty underrated pickup:

in 28 games for Philly where he averaged 26 MPG he put up 14PPG on 50/39/87 shooting splits, pretty solid for a buyout candidate.

I wouldn't count out Eric Gordon for 6th man considerations. Putting up nearly as good numbers on a much better team.

Jrue. He gets very little publicity (besides this thread) for some reason.

The most underrated player this season is obviously Nikola Jokic or Donovan Mitchell.
