Agree it worked last year when KD was playing at all time high during the playoffs but he has definitely made the other warriors players worse and out of rythym and now that he's not shooting lights out the team is worse.

It's not KD, it's the Rockets's defense

Curry looks to be taking more iso quick shot step back 3s without looking for better options too, in previous years they took those shots because the clock was low or there were no other options but now they are just jacking it.

To be fair the only good team the Warriors faced last year was the Cavs and the Cavs tried to turn the series into an offensive shootout which actually worked out for KD/GSW. The 3 teams before the Finals the Warriors faced were pretty pathetic (Spurs without Kawhi were completely hopeless).

KD is the least of the Warriors problems right now.

How anyone could have watched that game and thought to themself "Man, KD is the problem" is beyond me.

The Warriors are injured and their bench is horrific.

ISO-ball is very contagious. Hard to get the ball moving again in the 4th quarter when it was stagnant for the first three.

Houston is bodying Steph and Klay when they are off the ball and switching every down screen they come off of to prevent them from getting open. You want KD to pass it to players being smothered by defenders? Is that Golden State basketball?

It's more that Warriors had all the luck and variance before Durant that made them seem better than they actually were. I don't think they'd be relevant right now had they not signed Durant.

This is absolutely ridiculous. It's shocking that nobody gives credit to the Rockets switching defense which completely messes up the off-ball movement of GS and is a huge reason why they don't get open looks. They are struggling with Houston, that's why they ISO so much. Without KD's abilities to pull up no matter what, they would be out already.

GS ISO's vs Spurs: Around 7 per game
GS ISO's vs Pels: Around 8 per game
GS ISO's vs Rox: Around 21 per game

Durant is not destroying GS. Kerr is being outcoached by Houstons defensive schemes.

durant iso ball is fools gold. get back to moving the ball and moving without the ball with the open man taking the shot. get back to that and warriors are all good.

but if the dubs are dumb enough to forget what made them a potential dynasty and become just another talented team that gets in its own way on the court? fine. better for the rest of the league.

shame though. it was real cool that we always had at least one team in the league that played the game right.

No...he didn't.Before KD came, Warriors were 31-14 in post season. Among 8 series they played, only 1 series was a sweep, 3 series were gentleman sweep, and 4 series went to 6/more than 6 games. The one time they won championship, opposition had their 2nd and 3rd best player missing.

Post KD, their post season record is 26-6. Among the 7 series they played, 3 of them have been sweeps, 3 series have been gentleman sweeps and this is the first time a series has been taken to 6/more than 6 games. How can you even say they were better before KD came?

This Rockets team are the best team Warriors have faced in Kerr's era. Give some **** credit to Rocket's defense. They are the reason Warriors are being forced to iso, not due to KD. They were mainly playing isos even when KD was on bench

Rockets are stopping their off ball screens etc. So wtf is Durant supposed to do?
