Trae is going to be a stud, I was calling it since he was drafted. He is the perfect triple threat, he has the shot, excellent passing ability and a great dribble and driving ability. Everyone talks about his three point range but what really impressed me most were some of the high level passes he made and his ability to beat defenders off the dribble, taking it to the hole.

Just enjoy the game and stop with the hot takes both positive and negative.

You only have to look at MCW to see that a bunch of great rookie games mean nothing.

Isiah Thomas won two rings with the Pistons tho...

The other one bro.

The other one is called Zeke too?

I thought Isiah got the name Zeke because of that Isaac Hayes song.

Nope, there's only one Zeke.

Exactly. He had some amazing "look this way and pass the other way" plays. His driving game has also looked really good

Worst team “the Hawks” put up 133 points. Yeah today’s NBA is not good. People think rookies are getting better. Nah the game has been dumbed down and made so easy on offense that they look way better than they should be.

This wasn’t meant as a slight to Trae Young. I went to see the game stats and saw the Hawks put up 133 points. Please nba is such a bad product

I'm gonna reserve my judgement for half a season on ALL of the rookies. I find it hilarious that not everyone is doing the same.

Awful defensively though...that's probably not changing.

That's awesome, super impressive for a rookie! I hope ATL keeps giving him the ball all year and finds him someone good in the summer.

Great game. Didn't see this coming from him this quickly. Good sign.

you didn't see it happening at all. Pretty sure you had Trae outside your top 10 on your big board.

I’m also surprised how bad Sexton look and some fans and experts were even saying Sexton better than Trae during the draft
