That looks strangely like a combination of Ripley and a Xenomorph. Big hands, too, which is always an asset.

Speaking of alien creatures and hoopsters, one of these Sleestaks (from the 70s kids show "Land Of The Lost") was Bill Laimbeer. They were played by tall hoops players in the LA area, their names were in the credits. David Greenwood of the early Jordanaires Bulls teams was another. Bill was certainly the most violent one.
