Don't think he did a bad job. The plan was to sign 1-yr deals and sign a max guy this offseason, but Klutch messed that up.

At the end of the day, other stars aren't flocking to play with Lebron.

Lakers should go out and find a modern GM who can build a team around LeBron. Get rid of Pelinka too.
