Edit: Now the next move is find some legit competent people for the FO. Get Pelinka out of there aswell.
Magic is a legend and this without a miracle would have tainted his legacy.
Lets build a real team with culture and teamspirit at front.

Don't think he did a bad job. The plan was to sign 1-yr deals and sign a max guy this offseason, but Klutch messed that up.
At the end of the day, other stars aren't flocking to play with Lebron.

Magic was never committed to the job. Hiring him was a dumb idea.
Lakers should go out and find a modern GM who can build a team around LeBron. Get rid of Pelinka too.
