G-League may not be a bad route. He'd have affiliation with an NBA team, and could show just how effective his strategies can be. Nowhere better to demo your talents than the G-league, if you're a coach, IMO. It's like an open book to test out new stuff.

He was a horrible coach. He didn’t use Ayton well.

doesnt matter who coaches Phoenix when Sarver is running the team, I wouldn't hold it against him

Using him in general

Running plays for him on offense

Playing even some resemblance of a pick n roll.

Tbf no point was a slightly higher reason why Ayton wasn’t utilised properly.

Amazing he still had a good rookie year in that situation.
