The NBA is going to turn this series into a Curry love fest

If KD is available from Game 3 onwards, Warriors in 5. If not, Warriors in 6.

Edit: Just noticed I clicked Blazers in 5 in the poll. Oops.

Perhaps. But we’re doing this with a lot of health issues. If we were at full health, I doubt you’d be saying that. We don’t have a bunch of all stars to rely on when we get injured.

Should be a tough series for both teams. I think it might go six or seven because l believe the Blazers are better than they get credit for and are young and hungry. Also the Warriors aren't as strong as in past seasons because of injuries, lack of bench strength and the fatigue that comes with the added games of making the finals the last four years. I'm a Warriors fan and can appreciate the confidence but would caution against being overly comfortable against Portland.

Battle of bro's: Seth vs Steph.

First Lillard needs to show up, if Portland wants to have any hope. He has to be better than he was vs Denver. How will GSW defend Portlands duo? Klay will take other, but will they try to put Curry on Harkless and Iguodala/KD on Portlands other guards. Portland has two key players and GSW can throw at least 3 good defenders on them (if KD is healthy). Also most likely GSW will play lot of small ball so Kanter have to be very effective on offense to be valuable asset in the court. Hard to see Portland win this, but who knows. Maybe McCollum and Lillard both go to god mode.

Warriors likely preferred this as their airline trips will be much shorter up to Portland.

Warriors in 5 or 6.

I mean not many teams in the playoffs would have been much of a “conference finals team” other than Houston and honestly, they blew there chance. Can’t say Denver is because they are still too young. But also we have to account that the warriors are pretty much just better than everyone since they have 5 all stars. 2 of them may be out but they still have 3, which could be 1 to 2 more than any other team.

I feel like Portland plays us tough and they are good at home. Should be a good series. I expect the Warriors to take it in yet another tough series. I'll go with Dubs in 6, can see it going 7 though.

Warriors in 5.

I give Portland one game against GS. Two competitive games, rest blow outs.

I'm going to look for guys like Harkless and Aminu will have more impact in that series and be able to play more due to less bigs on GS, and a faster pace most likely. Would not rule out 6 games.

If KD isn't playing in this series, I have Blazers in 6, but now with Hood out, I don't think they can beat the Warriors.

Hopefully KD is back by game 3 or 4, preferably 3. Game 3 would be exactly 10 days since the injury occurred.
