Got the best deal possible on seatgeek tonight. Panorama deck (bar above the bleeds) ticket face: 325, price paid: 99. Just wasn't a section on ANY seating chart. Included premium food and top shelf beverage.

So the $99 included Food and Liquor? When did you buy the ticket?

Watching last night's Bucks vs Raptors game, I'm really starting to miss LeBron in the East. These 2 teams are boring.

I wouldn't be surprised if the ratings were poor.

Man im excited to see how both teams adjust. Toronto played well for half the game and then no one but Lowry had gas left in the 4th. Bucks started hitting shots and things went sideways. I don't think either team can stick to their exact same game plan next game.

No idea how you find them boring.

Also, how was CLE better to watch than MIL??? Both Lebron and Giannis have the drive and then finish or kick it out for 3. The difference between the 2 being MIL has superior ball movement and isn't only Lebron Iso or Kyrie Iso

Bucks were 11 of 40 on wide open and open 3s, 27.5%. That probably won't happen again, that's about 8.4% off their season average. Raptors were 15 of 38, 39.5%. That could happen again, only about 1.3% higher than average.

It was nice to see really well reffed game. Of course the officials missed a call here and there, but for the most part they were quite consistent throughout the game. They were allowing a lot of contact and bumping and that was true pretty much the entire game.

There's been too many games this year where the refs switch between allowing guys to get mauled and whistling ticky tack perimeter fouls throughout a game.

Kudos to the officiating team.

1) Kawhi is a black hole on offense
2) Lopez showed Nurse how to use Gasol

Bucks in 5.

The Raptors lack of depth and the Bucks plethora of it will be the reason the Bucks win this series. The Bucks can go 8 to 9 man deep and not miss a beat while the Raptors only have two playable players on the bench, Ibaka and Powell and have to essentially stick to a 7 man rotation.

It's sad actually, the Raptors were the deepest team in the league last year and now they're the worst. For teams like Golden State, depth matters little since they're starting 5 is so much more talented than they're opponents but the Raptors starting five has been thoroughly disappointing outside of Lowry, Siakam, and of course Kawhi. Gasol and Danny especially have been black holes on offence.

Zarba is usually the best. The players at least like him the most.

Everyone is focusing on Lopez hitting 3s... but he wasn't really on fire (in fact he bricked several horribly). I'd consider 4/11 to be a decent night for him, but nothing like say what Lowry did.

I think that the 4 Offensive Rebounds and 4 Blocks were probably more important. Lopez got some put backs during the game that I felt really kept the Bucks in the game and prevented the Raptors from blowing it open

I've been around here for a while. The guys a smart player, but I've ALWAYS hated his shooting form from an aesthetic standpoint. He jumps so short it always looks like he releases as he's coming down rather than the apex. BUT he's from the 05 draft, and we took Bogut who's one of my favorite players ever, so I love that he's one of the OG treadmill Bucks back for the run.

Releasing at the apex is also thought to be undesirable now, although still better than shooting while on the descent. Reason being, you aren't taking full advantage of the force generated by your legs as you would if you released while still on the way up. Curry is the example here.

What a terrible take. Raptors got caught up with playing the bucks pace last night. They are supremely talented but if Nurse doesn’t trust his bench and continue to play his starters for 40+ minutes there isn’t any one in the league can play at that high of level for the majority of the game.

How moronic is that - all Raptors players were Americans but their best is not! LOL

Raptors had that game until they ran out of juice in the 4th, which is too bad because their defense was stellar. Bucks so far have looked the weakest in game 1 and then picked up steam as the series progresses. Here's hoping game 2 is just as good.

Tight game with an unlikely hero sealing the deal. Probably what we'll see all series.

Starters were all back in with 3:30 left. Score was 98-98.

- Kawhi 2-2 free throws 100-98
- Giannis 1-2 free throws 100-99
- Gasol 3pt shot missed
- Giannis layup missed
- Lopez dunk off green turnover 100-101
- Kawhi 3pt shot missed
- Lopez 3pt shot made 100-104
- Kawhi layup blocked by Lopez
- Bledsoe missed layup
- jump ball won by MIL
- Giannis turnover
- Green 3pt shot missed
- Lowry 3pt shot missed
- Bledsoe 2/2 free throws 101-106
- Gasol jump shot missed
- free throws the rest of the way

You can try to read your narrative into that stretch there but the truth is both teams were battling, both teams were forced into turnovers, but the only guy who made his field goals on either team down the stretch was brook Lopez, who just played some of the most minutes he's played all year.

I'm pretty sure Bucks fans aren't shook.

Honest question-because i remember people were complaining about Nurse playing VanVleet in the Sixers series as well-what is the alternative when Lowry needs to get his 10mins of rest every game? Who is running point for the Raptors?

I'd rather see Norm Powell & McCaw.

It's also when he plays him and the line up he plays him with. He loves to run this FVV, Powell Lowry lineup and we get torched every time, without question, and he still seems to run it.

FVV can't start the 4th quarter. The start of a quarter often determines the outcome and FVV is always good for a -4 to -8 in a few minutes time because he still feels the need to run the offense when he's out there and it's stagnant and awful.

We are literally better off having Norm Powell or Kawhi run point for a few minutes.
