Bud EZ win here. Bucks weren’t even discussed as a potential top team coming in - they proved everyone wrong.

I totally wouldn't sacrifice all of your children for an NBA championship.

All 3 very deserving coaches but this goes to Bud. What a turn around for the Bucks! It really goes to show how inept Jason Kidd is as a coach. Good luck to the Lakers in 2020 because we all know Vogel is getting fired and Kidd will run the show

Impresive thing about Bud is so far in his career he has made two great offensive sistems based on totaly different players. In atlanta it was most about Korver and his offball play. And with the Bucks its about Giannis.

Happy to see Doc make the top 3, but have to go with Bud.

Bud implemented the greatest change.

Rivers had the least talent to work with.

Malone had the youngest team and got them the 2nd seed in the West.

Tough choices but all more worthy than Casey winning it last year.

Arguments could be made for Doc and guys like McMillan and Joeger outperformed expectations, but I think it’s clearly Bud. Making a good team great, bringing in a scheme and style that allowed them to hit on all cylinders and maximize potential is the toughest thing to do IMO. Teams with no superstars outperforming their expected win total Can be a bit overrated as effort can get 5-10 wins in the regular season. That’s definitely part of coaching but we see it all the time. The step beyond that is what Bud did and the type of coaching that can make unlocking a true championship team. Doc did the overachieving team without super stars but the overal coaching a different level I would say given the roster movement and having no young players make huge jumps like a Jokic. He still had flaws like Playing Bradley too much and his hockey lineups.
They just worked great now because the GM assembled a deep team rather than the top heavy squads he used to do it with. But it’s gotta be Bud IMO for reasons I mentioned above

You forgot the green font. How is he an improvement over Casey? (Being gifted Kawhi isn’t a legit answer.)

Rivers has done a great job, but if taking a 7th seed from 44 wins to 60 wins and the best record in the league doesn't win you coach of the year, something something Denmark.

I like them all, but i also think it must be Bud.

Took them to the best record in the league.

They might win it all as i see it, but that’s another discussion.
