KD should resign with the warriors

Post#1 » by draftbarnes » Sun May 19, 2019 3:52 am

And be the sixth man. Leave the starters and just run with the bench mob. Could win 6th man and add it to his mantle

the only way to never have the taint of the warriors winning without KD, is to have them never win without KD ever again?

perfect logic

I think the Warriors can beat the Bucks without KD but if the Warriors beat the Bucks with KD, than the Warriors are going to say to KD "see we needed you to win this championship". If KD is considering possibly staying in GS, He could be thinking we have to go through 1 stacked team in the West and another stacked team in the East to win another championship. Throughout the offseason, stars are going to team up and there will be at least 2 super stacked teams formed.

Basically, today... first we have someone suggesting that KD plays through his calf injury. Now we have someone suggesting that KD resigns with the Warriors to become a 6th man.

It's like people just want to one-up each other for the "Dumbest Thread of the Year" award.

Warriors still have a ways to go but has a star player left an NBA champ in free agency. Teams like the Bulls and Mavericks have chosen not to resign players.

They already won without him, so clearly they could win with him as sixth man.
