Anybody watching this? Magic pretty much throwing Pelinka under the bus! And pretty much confirming what everybody said about Pelinka!

So far recap:

Magic feels like Pelinka betrayed him. Heard from agents and friends to watch out for Rob Pelinka. But Magic still gave him a chance.
Pelinka was telling other people that Magic doesnt show up to the staples center.
Magic was grooming Pelinka to become the President.
Magic wanted to fire Walton, met with him 3 separate times. But wasn't allowed to.
Felt like Tim Harris was making decisions as well when he should be focusing on his role.
Jeanie empowers everybody working their to have a voice which makes her making final decisions difficult.
Kurt Rambis and Phil Jackson is advising Jeanie.
Dell Demps made the discussions between he and Magic public.

Really Magic? You are the one who traded away Zubac for Muscala? On top of that you get rid of Russell who you could have paired with Lonzo in the backcourt. Then you wanted everyone to buy into this philosophy of putting a multitude of playmakers around LeBron James thinking that would give them a chance to compete with the Warriors? How did that work out?

If you bring in LeBron James you put the personnel around him to make him the most effective which is a multitude of shooters and 1 extra play-maker. I saw no problem with LeBron joining Kuzma,Lonzo,and Ingram it was brining in Rondo,McGee, and Lance which made absolutely no sense to me.

Magic ran him over and backed up the bus.

Too many damn chefs in the kitchen.

Jeanie is honestly just starting to seem like a woman if you know what I mean. If she likes you then she will listen to your opinion. Seems very easy to sway or pillow tt. Everyone is her true friend but you can't run a business like that. Have to delegate and then let them stay in their role.

With that being said, it's easy to sway someone when the guy in charge sucks at his job. Bottom line is that she wouldn't be so easy to sway if Magic wasn't horrible. Magic probably would argue that guys get 5 years so don't start going around me after just 5 months but some of those moves people could see would be disastrous from a mile away

why is he doing this during the WCF/ECF before free agency and the draft, a week ago he swore he still talks to jeanie everyday

Screamin' A and Facts Kellahhhman are so shook at this interview. Don't think they expected this level of spiciness from Magic.
