The ECF is similar to the 2006 NBA Finals
Just in terms of the similarities of the games. Two relatively easy wins for Milwaukee in the first two games, similar to Dallas of that year, and then the series-changing game 3 where Fred Vanvleet hit the big shot instead of Gary Payton. An easier win for Toronto in game 4, and a close one last night. The modern Shaq is on Milwaukee now though, but he is taking the form of Dirk in the sense that he may have to learn from a loss before he tastes the sweetness of victory. Anyone agree?

Not a bad analogy...I actually liken this specific setup to Celts/Heat in 2012. Heat won the first 2, Celts won the next 2 at home then Celts won a close gm 5. Then LeBron absolutely eviscerated them in gm 6.
Heat were a little bigger favorites going into that series than the Bucks are but they were the hot new team vs a team of old vets that seemed to be gaining momentum/confidence as the series went on.
Big difference: I doubt Giannis has a 45-15 in him in gm 6. And the Celts didn't have Prime Kawhi. Infact they barely squeaked by the Hawks and Sixers in the two previous rounds.

Bro, 2019 ECF finals is the 2019 ECF finals.
Why do we need to compare everything, I don't eat all my lunch going around like, wow this ham sandwich reminds me of my 2017 February 15th turkey sandwich.

I don't see it. Giannis has underperformed but i don't know that it's as bad as Dirk did, and no as for the Heat it was a one man show with Wade. Kawhi has been magnificent, but he's not doing it alone.

Game one was not an easy win for the Bucks. Toronto led until the last few minutes! These comparisons are a little ridiculous at the best of times, it's a major stretch.
