Can Durant sue them for negligence if he doesn't get the Max!?

UPDATE: Warriors Believe Durant Has Torn Achilles

Post#23 » by BVB24 » Tue Jun 11, 2019 4:15 am

Almost certain it’s torn. Unreal. Terrible turn of events for KD. Genuinely feel bad for the dude.

Damn I’ve never seen anything like this. Bob is devastated. Wow! Feel so heartbroken for KD.

Yeah, we knew it was an achilles injury when it originally occurred. The question is why was it diagnosed as a calf strain?

I wish he could sue the organization for this... Or his teammates... Someone should be sued.

So the first injury was the calf, and now achilles. Terrible news.

I wouldn't be shocked if Meyers straight up resigned before the presser is done.

Giant blow to the nba. Very sad to hear this as a basketball fan. I said it before but he’s my favorite non Celtics player because the dude is just amazing to watch and has no flaws in his game. Just brutal whenever nba losses it’s superstars to injuries. Durant was not slowing down from age and this just **** sucks man.

If no team offer him the Max then the Warriors should be obligated to do so, or else some legal actions should be taken!

Man, any med staff on the Warriors may want to start brushing up their resumes or maybe looking for a whole new line of work.
