Isn't there a manual diagnostic test a doctor can do to confirm achilles tear or not? Based on movement?

I’m not saying Bob Meyers tied KDs shoelaces but it’s pretty clear that there was “pressure” for him to play. Durant relies on Meyers and the medical staff - it’s called trust. They betrayed that trust by allowing him to go out there knowing his Achilles was weak
