Yeah, he is. You're one of those geniuses that only pays attention to his bad games. He was clutch the entire 2016 season. He was the only reason they made the playoffs. Apparently that was an 82 game fluke.

Nearly every game is a bad game! Besides that, if you're a real competitor and want to win the nba title, you deliever in the postseason. In russ' case this was a long time ago.
In the playoffs he always makes terrible decisions. He even hasn't still a solid threepointer.

Raptors if Kawhi stays...people are forgetting this is only their first season with Kawhi & Gasol...I think they can get even better with more time to mesh with their teammates.
