well pistons will be paying over 81 million for a front court of Drummond, Griffin, Snell, Josh Smith and Thon Maker next year so I have a bit more faith in the raptors for the foreseeable future right now.

I have nothing against Pistons though, their past is definitely richer that does not make them a better franchise without a doubt like you say. The problem is with Casey running his mouth multiple times to the city and franchise and complaining that he was the scape goat basically when he was in reality a big reason we were limited to a clear step below contenders during his time.

Casey was the one who said something, even though he had nothing to do with those 2 Detroit chips he's talking about, Masai had nothing but good words for Casey when the Raptors made the Finals. One championship or two championships you can't fault the fans for talking a little smack after what Casey said.

I heard that the Commissioner Silver and the owners are planning to cancel future championships and leave the Raps as the "eternal and GOAT champions" or something to that effect. I think all non-Raps posters should start treating the Raps this way in anticipation of the imminent change.
