I don't understand why Jaxson Hayes is so damn high when it seems like every time I watch him play, he's getting roasted on defense. The rest of that list make sense though.
Players like Hayes tend to look very good when it comes to WS. Look at a guy like Robert Williams last year for Boston, had a WS/48 of .201 (Hayes is at .178). I think it probably has something to do with having high block and rebound numbers to go with a very high TS%. So just looking at the raw box score stats, they look like players that should get a ton more minutes. But in reality they may show some flashes of good play, but usually if they're out on the court for too long things start to get pretty ugly.
I dont think its a coincidence that the Pels started to win games once Favors came back and Hayes has seen a significant cut in his minutes. Not saying he is a horrible pick or anything like that, just that he is obviously very raw and isn't ready to contribute right now.
