They were actually 0-3 at home.

in the finals - only 1 home win. 1-2 for the raps. 0-3 for the warriors.

Yeah I edited my post, I caught that after submitting. You're right it was nuts.

How do you end a dynasty that's still ongoing? The Warriors dynasty started with Stephen Curry. He's always been regarded as the most important player to the team despite KD being the better player. As long as Steph Curry is still on the team, the Warriors are still the Warriors. Add Klay and Green, the original core of the team, Warriors are still contenders. Warriors actually might be the favorites again as early as the season after this one.

Like others have said, the media needs something to talk about.

Why would you start disliking a player because of what random people on a message board say?

Kawhi is in L.A. now rather than Toronto. Of course the American media is going to be freer hyping him up.

I'm a Raptors fan and I'm saying he (and the team, and free agency...) did end the dynasty. Not all of us are haters...there are just so many of us...

you missed my point. the OP is trying bait fans the felt betrayed who now hate Kawhi. it's not fans like YOU nor the majority whose thankful for he did.

OK Mr. Skydome, which Raptors fan is hating on Kawhi in this thread, then?

edit: Missed the “clickbait” part. My bad. Carry on.

Warriors are not done.

They still can score alot of 3's

3>2

Lakers are built for the 2 ball and some combination of both
Clippers seem to be a mid range and 3 ball team. Once Klay comes back healthy it will be interesting to see if the Clippers can stop Steph, Klay & Dlo on the court at the same time and they have Willie Cauley down low with Green.

and I'm glad he did.

I think we all had enough of the team that was 'light years ahead of everyone....'

I'm glad they failed on a 3 peat, lost after being up 3-1, fined and banned one of their own minority owners and now sent the vets like Iggy and Livingston packing. Just shows they are like any other NBA team.

I'm looking forward to teams extracting revenge on them this year,I will enjoy watching bottom feeders going into their new arena and taking it to them.

The only thing Kawhi ended was his tenure in Toronto.

A bit of Kawhi/Fvv/Lowry did the trick.

Warriors can very well make the finals again if everyone is healthy on the warriors. I think people are underrating them quite a bit.

Man people really trying to discount that Raptors team. Kawai didn't stop the Warriors. The Raptors Defense and Warriors Injuries stopped them. They played amazing defense and FVV played Curry as well as anybody ever has. Give the Raptors some credit jeez.

Apparently, KD was a cupcake for joining a 73 win team. But now that he left, which he was planning to do for a while, the Warriors are nothing without him.

The narratives! The narratives!

EarlyRaptor wrote:You seem upset today. He certainly ended their dynasty. Warriors were so scared of him they tried to force durant back leading to him tearing his Achilles. This also cemented durant leaving.

Kawhi and overrated doesn’t belong in the same sentence, Clyde.

Couldn't have said it better myself. When playing Lillard, Warriors told Durant take your time and relax buddy. When playing Kawhi, they rushed him back and game 5 only let him sit out for 1-2 minutes before checking him back in the game. Durant wasn't even capable of making one offensive move and got injured.

I don't know if it was your intention, but you went from defending the Raptors, to justifying the skepticism of the Raptors championship.
