Also I don't think Rappaport ever converted.

He's been going to Nets games but he still considers himself a Knicks fan.

Sorry Manhattan, he's still one of you for now.

Rapaport has been more relevant than the Knicks over the past two decades

That dude got fired by those hacks at Barstool sports. If you're whack enough to get fired by those frat boy chumps, you're really not that relevant.

I doubt a Barstool Sports gig is something he was looking forward to do long term lol.

Oh and the owner is speaking out against freedom.

What a time to be alive.

Downgraded at PG?

I love Russell but he will never in his wildest dreams be Kyrie. Won't even sniff the All Star team in the West.

Only accomplishment was making 1 shot?

Oh lord. All NBA player last year, 6x all star, All Star Game MVP, ROY, FIBA World Cup MVP.

Averaged 30 in the Finals two years in a row.

Some of you will be eating crow when Kyrie is amazing this year.

Celtics thing has been so overblown. You will see how much worse they are without him.

Were really out here naming all star game mvps?

The guy choked for 2 years straight leading his team. In fact the celtics were better when he went out and rozier took over the lead.

It's always funny how fandom can change people's opinions overnight.

It's impressive how Michael Rappaport has been able to stay relevant off of just FOUR guest appearances on Friends 20 years ago. What has he done (acting-wise) since? Pretty much nothing, yet here we are talking about him.

I don't have a horse in the race between the Nets & Knicks, but speaking on Rappaport, I generally get put off by his whole style. He's like not remotely funny or entertaining to me but clearly, I'm not his audience.

He tries to mimic some of Skip Bayless act and while Skip Bayless has in his character a hate for Lebron & Kawhi which is unquestionably over the top, he often makes very salient & logical arguments.

I don't think I've ever gone away from a Rappaport rant and thought, "you know, he has a point."

Nope, those chairs are just reserved for people named Calvin Klein. It looks like Mr. Rapaport has snuck in and stolen a seat.

Knicks fans at least your team won 17 gms last year and traded Porzingis. The Lakers couldn't get Kawhy?!1 Leonard and they had Brawn and AD. Instant title with all 3.

Classic response.

Ignore the All NBA, all star teams, play in the Finals and pick on the All Star Game MVP  .

Choked?

What are you talking about? The first year he did great and just happened to get injured.

The second year he made 2nd team all NBA, got to the 2nd round and lead his team to a 3rd seed and 50 wins.

And somehow hes terrible?

Bro you don't even believe that. I love Russell but hes not that guy. And he never will be.

Your hate for Kyrie is irrational. Kind of sad.

I literally just went to your post history. Went back to March/April. Looked through 2 pages and found this. I wonder what else I could dig up if I cared to spend more time.

"Durant is really the only max FA that makes sense here.

Kemba, Kyrie are not worth pursuing if we have Russell.
Klay won't come here.
Harris isn't good enough for a max.
And I don't really want Kawhi. Just an odd guy with a history of weird injuries. And I don't think he would leave unless its for LA.

The only other big time free agent I would pursue is Randle.

Gives us some rebounding and toughness. Friends with Russell. Can shoot and spread the floor. We desperately need an upgrade at the 4. Randle is one of the best young players out there. Would make a lot of sense.

Another alternative is to save the cap space and try to get AD next off season."

Lol. Again its funny how fandom changes opinions overnight.

Kyrie on the Celtics "We don't need to chase him we have Russell"
Kyrie on the Nets "Kyrie is a MUCH better player than Russell will ever be"

BRUH
