yeh u would think playing that much basketball and sweating that much, would make it impossible to be fat

I've been defending Jokic's weight...but after 4 games he has officially crossed the line. He's just has too much weight and he's a step slow on everything right now

Believe it or not there are chubby athele's in MLB and the NFL. Jokic kind of reminds me of Shaq during his time with the Cavs. Muscles aren't well toned but a ton of mass. I wouldn't go as far as to call him Fat. He doesn't have 6 pack abs but if your calling Jokic fat the rest of America is wayyyyyyyy over weight.

Let it go. Denver fans will come here in droves and say he's perfectly healthy and quote his stats. Its not our problem

Exercise is not very efficient at losing weight - especially when one drinks 3L of coke every day. I'm sure his habits have improved somewhat but he's definitely not eating like a professional athlete should.

He gives me so much hope

It's not him being thick which is the issue, it's the fact that he clearly isn't in optimal shape. As a professional, at the very least you want to be in the best shape as you possibly can.

No one is asking him to be Dwight Howard, but it's clear as day that he is carry extra which isn't helping his game.

Jokic looks like a tall John Kruk lumbering up and down the floor.

Jokic is fat and overrated

Jokic would be 30% better if he loses the fat. Don't even expect him to be muscular.

He is not going to have a long career if he keeps this pattern.

He wasn't this out of shape at all last season. He needs to fix it soon because he's visibly worse right now as a result.

He has to be at least 320lbs right now, he was 290 at the end of last season and he looks like he ate 2018-2019 Jokic.

He definitely has been putting on weight over the years. He should at least get back to his 2016 weight.

You know, I didn't think about it earlier, but he kinda has a young Kevin Love body and game....
