Jaylen Brown: “It wasn’t Kyrie’s fault. It was on the coaches and FO.”

Umm, this is a little awkward when Marcus Smart, Jayson Tatum have said multiple times that their entire team could’ve done better.

Translation: It was Kyrie's fault

Think he just doesn't want to talk **** about an ex-teammate even if it means throwing his FO and coaches under bus, I guess its hard to blame Kyrie for being himself since he's always been this dude.

I think they made the right move to ship out Rozier and Morris (who were, in my opinion, more detrimental to the team than Kyrie).

He's not really throwing the coach or FO under the bus because the coach and FO have all said the same thing. It's the official stance of the organization, basically.

Yeah but the quote becomes a little eye popping when Tatum, Smart and Rozier blamed their 15 teammates.

That didn't happen but cool story. You've been reading too many Karate Diop comments. Or maybe that Prokhorov guy who claims to get inside information from a baked potato.

Why are we still talking about this Jesus Christ. Like most cases, both parties probably wish they would have done things differently so establishing "blame" is such a dumb and toxic mentality.

As disastrous as Kyrie's last year on the celtics was, I think it's pretty interesting that his former teammates and now current teammates in Brooklyn have been reported quite a few times this season speaking out publicly in support of him.

Pretty sure Ainge offered him the supermax and only after it was apparent Kyrie wasn't coming back did they go after Kemba.
Ainge is smart but in this case, it really was more sheer dumb luck on his behalf (also sheer dumb luck that any team was dumb enough to take Rozier on that kind of money).

Lets be honest Stevens has more leverage than Brown here. Hard to come back from that quote (assuming that's the context)

Ainge didnt offer him the super max. And they traded Rozier as a favor to him, they couldve renounced him and signed Kemba outright.
