aaron gordon got clearly robbed the last time

i wouldnt say he got robbed this time, both players had great dunks, both deserved to win, but i would give the edge to gordon

Take a deep breathe and actaully pay attention to the last dunk. Gordon falls onto Takos head with Fall even crouching down. Because of Kenny Smith's childish tantrum & Lavines clear robbery in the past, everyone is up in arms. How about giving Derrick Jones Jr some credit for some massive dunks

Jones did the same albeit amazing dunk every round

Gordon had all 50's.

Gordon had the best dunk of the night and possibly contest history.

Yeah lets go out on a limb and say he was robbed.

Thanks, Dwyane.

The main problem is the judges these last few years.
Change the judges to professional dunkers that actually know what these players are doing. Not celebrities and NBA players that's only participated in one or two dunk contests in thier career.

I thought Derrick Jones Jr had more style than AG. I was still shocked that he lost but honestly I liked DJJ’s dunks more.

I dont think he was robbed at all..robbed means his dunks were clearly better which they werent.I was impressed by derrick jones jr execution on 1st attempt om technical dunks. The 360 reverse between the legs and between the legs catch off the lob over the guy. Best dunk contest since 2016.

NBA legends such as Dwayne wade qualify as professionals in my book.

What they shouldn't have is someone who played with or has a personal bond with one of the participants.

People keep saying Gordon had “possibly the best dunk in the history of the contest”. Which dunk are y’all talking about? Honestly his dunks were way crazier and more impressive last time. Still phenomenal this time obviously but not as great as last time imo.

could they do each others' last dunks? well theres your answer. people up in arms as if DJJ and his classic spreadeagle couldnt clear tacko as well standing in the dunker spot. bam was near the circle. plus DJJ is taller so his balls are higher off the ground and hes known to have a higher verticle. u have to be pretty dumb to think he couldnt have dunked over tako. while gordon cant do that windmill cause he doesnt jump off 1 foot.

Sympathy for Aaron Gordon, who's headed to a "career loser" tag in his career a la Shareef Abdur Rahim (all stats, no W type of career). So winning this was a big deal for him.

And it isn't even close. The announcers trying to hype it like it was the greatest since Jordan vs Nique, nah it was the greatest since Gordon vs Lavine.

If we're implying robbed at least ends in a tie, yes. I think they both had really good dunks so I'm not saying Gordon should've been the outright champ, but damn sure didn't deserve to be a loser since he had my favorite dunk (the one with Fultz).
