Which one is the worst? I left out ones who had no chance to be the worst such as '09 Lakers, '12 and '13 Heat, '14 Spurs, '16 Cavs, '17 and '18 Warriors.

That's brutally close between the Mavs & Raptors for me. If I had to choose, I'd probably go with the Raps, just based on the Mavs struggling less during their title run

What a question to ponder for fans who haven't sniffed a championship since SD television, if ever.

2010 Lakers

Almost get beaten by an old Celtics team with no home court advantage, lucked out on Perkins injury and even then with old Rasheed Wallace and Garnett on one leg the refs didn't gave them a break, Ray Allen and especially Pierce were getting murdered, Gasol got bailed out on a crucial call and the refs were clearly on the Lakers side... Talking about bail, Kobe disappeared on game 7.

As a team Lakers shot 37 free throws, 20 more than the Celtics and ended on winning by 4 points, 2 of them were garbage points.

In before people say Raptors beat a healthy Warriors team in the regular season (even though in reality the Warriors coast and never tried in the regular season since their 73 win year.)

Sounds like you’ve been carrying this much Baggage since 2010. Really? Perkins injury? & all the the details, like it happened only yesterday ..

You can say the same thing about the 2008 Celts then. Facing a lakers team without 2 of its starting five, Bynum & Ariza... mchale gifting his old team with KG...

Move on. Just be happy that the Celts were lucky to bag a 17th chip.

Just because the Raptors beat the Warriors without KD doesn't mean they "cheaped out" on a championship. Warriors with KD were considered one of the most stacked teams of all time, and were still actually favoured to win by majority of fans/experts/vegas without him. Yes, Klay got hurt too but the Raptors dominated most of the series with him playing anyways.

Raptors beat the Sixers and Bucks who most would consider one of the hardest paths to a NBA finals. Do Lebron's titles mean nothing because he was always able to sleep to a Finals appearance year after year? I'd argue that no team in the East had to go through 2 better teams in recent memory.

Also, Raptors lost their best player (Kawhi), who many consider the best player in the NBA, and still have the 3rd best record right now. How many other teams from this list can do that? Either that means Kawhi is overrated or the Raptors cast is underrated. You can pick which one that is...

It’s between the 2010 Lakers and the 2011 Mavs for me, and the Mavs swept the Lakers the next year.

Compared to the Mavs? Absolutely. The Mavs destroyed the Lakers and beat the Thunder in 5. The Raptors literally needed a Game 7 buzzer beater just to get out of the second round, trailed 2-0 and dangerously close to 3-0 in the ECF, then came pretty damn close to needing a Game 7 to knock off a Warriors team minus Durant and Klay.

Conversely we almost beat both the Bucks and Warriors in 5.

Still don't think they're the worst team in that list. That team is ridiculously underrated.

Just FYI the 2008 Celtics went 12-10 in the playoffs.

Yeah, you might want to add some context. They beat the baby Thunder, Durant and Westbrook were both 22 and Harden and Ibaka were both 21 years old at the time. The Thunder finished that year with a record of 55-27. Conversely the Raptors beat a Bucks team that won 60 games with Giannis a 24 year old MVP winner, Khris Middleton was 27, Bledsoe was 29, and Brogdon was 26. Throw in a 30 year old Brook Lopez and 27 year old Nikola Mirotic. Let's just add that Budenholzer was the coach of the year last season. While the Thunder had the "immortal" Scott Brooks leading them on the bench.

2019 Raptors and it’s not even close. Don’t even need to state details. Everyone already knows. Will be the most forgotten Championship ever, remembered in Canada but forgotten everywhere else. The Media doesn’t even acknlowedge it happening basically.
