Waiters or JR anyone? On paper waiters shouldnt start to "balance" the scoring load but if he gets hot early he can give you 20 which wouldnt hurt they need a 3rd scorer. Jr can be a veteran presence (didnt think i would ever say that) and get a quick yank if hes washed.

We need Dion to come off the bench to be a spark of the bench. If LeBron and AD can't get it done for the first unit then we have bigger problems and Dion won't solve that.
