i think lac takes it in 5.

that said i think this is a really great series for luka and it will only accelerate his growth. learning how to go against two elite wings in a playoff series that will gameplan heavily against him will help him develop counters for the rest of his career.

On paper, it looks like a sweep. The Clippers with George and Leonard can keep their offense rolling better than the Mavs. I think the Mavs will put up a fight on offense. I'm not as sure on defense. Close games should favor the Clippers as they can turn their defense up a notch. If the Mavs can play hard and physical, then they may win the series. I can't see KP nor DFS nor any other Maverick be that physical. However, I see them winning one game by being hot from outside and they get Luka and KP going. Maybe two if Clips take a night off for the playoffs later.

Doc is diplomatic. He'll give Kawhi and PG13 lighter minutes in one of the games and make it a gentleman's sweep.

The lack of Mava defense is the main reason unless the Clippers gets cold on offer we.

It's already shocking if it goes 6. If it goes 7, then it would be some kind of disaster fell on the Clippers like Kawhi or PG-13 getting injured.

Have the clippers had success slowing down Luka and KP? I remember on the raptors that Kawhi got eaten up by Luka.

yeah clips have played mavs well and luka has looked flustered every game i've seen in these matchups.

honestly it was to the point i was not having fun watching him play.

That is pretty much the case. The Raptors should be favored in every conceivable way in this series. There is absolutely no way they should lose this series.

I think once the playoffs begin, we'll start seeing a lot more defense and the game will slow down a bunch. Therefore, those high scoring games will just go away.

Think the Clippers will tire out Luka. He'll get his numbers, but it'll come in the tough way. All the role players' stats will diminish. KP will get his, but also the hard way. Also think Mook & Harrell will body him to oblivion.

Conventional wisdom says Mavs in 5, but I don't even think they'll get that 1 win. If there were fans, I'd say yes. But I think it'll be a Clippers sweep.
