definitely not 2nd best overall. top 10 probably. but first time hearing it from PP acknowledging Lebron and his level of greatness lol

Congratulations to the Lakers! I hate to lose. I hate more to lose like that. Credit to the adversary but we did a lot of that to ourselves.

Lakers winning it this year for them is just poetic justice. But yes, it's such a sad story

All this talking about them has got to have Vanessa and her kids messed up.

Everything is done extremely respectfully on the broadcast but damn that would be hard to lose a kid. And they had to be expecting to get mentioned but I wasn't thinking about it.

Imagine watching the Lakers win the title being happy and then people start talking about your late husband/father/children's father/children's sister/daughter/sister on NATIONAL tv. How that family dosen't fall asleep crying would have to be drug induced.

You know what's sweet about this title? It's been 7 years of complete mediocrity. 7 years of being hyped more about the draft night than the season. But you stick to your team, just like you did after Shaq left in 2004 and the Lakers struggled. But we had a prime Kobe then. There was hope. Then Phil came back and things worked out after Pau joined. It was sweet. This one feels even sweeter, even if LeBron on my list will never touch Kobe.

Happy for Dwight. Like really happy. Happy for Rondo(2010 I would never say that). Happy for AD. This guy is great. Alex Caruso, what a ride! What an example of getting the most from the little.

This team fully deserves to be champions!

Go Lakers!

lmao exactly. just because Lebron cakewalked into the finals again is a testament how great lebron is, regardless of conference. and that Lebron/Lakers wasn't even favored to win it all (cough cough Clippers/ Bucks)

and that more teams were balanced than lopsided. and everyone was still saying the West was the best conference. now that Lebron has won a chip in the West, western conference is weak and that NBA needs more superstars joining up together.

man... I don't know. This game I would have liked to see KO get in earlier. Yeah the team was absolutely crap but it really seem they threw in the towel early on. Embarrassing. Not Miami Heat basketball.

Well PP is a pretty horrible analyst but I'm pretty sure he's acknowledged LeBron's greatness before. Probably had him top 5

That should be REAL fun next year.

GW if heathy is still a beast. The Lakers will re-charge with a full season of FA signing. We should be that much stronger with AD now knowing how to win and close out a series.

"Westy, LeBron + AD to rule the West.
Return of the King, the Lakers."
