Honestly all it does is speak to the charitable heart of the Lakers and LeBron, we know “Cheeze” didn’t really move the needle on that team..
However it is amusing that he got a ring over the team that cut him

He had his best season of his NBA career thanks to us. He should be more thankful and learn how to take responsibility for his actions.

Fat Dion needs to shutup and work on his retirement body. Noone thinks the lakers won a championship because of him or his career was sabotaged by the Heat for the privilege of having to pay a premium to trade him. The lies athletes tell themselves

That would require him taking ownership, being responsible for himself, learning from his past mistakes, and having some semblance of self-awareness. I've given up on Waiters ever been a real human being much less a good basketball player.
He is who he is and that's all hell ever be. Talent doesn't change that...

Dion was actually pretty good in the bubble before he got hurt before the playoffs started. Averaged 12 ppg and was one of the first players off the bench. Honestly him not being on the active roster is a praise to the Lakers and just shows how deep their team was.

He wasn't good on either end of the court. He scored 12pts on 10.5 FGA per game. VORP had him literally a 0. DPM had him -2. WS put him at .038

averaged 12/2/2 in 23 minutes before doing ok against portland, then getting hurt and then playoff rondo showed up
probably still offered a lot of value in practice.
miami could've used him in hindsight with dragic going down
