Let’s say all rings are not created equal. What’s better in your eyes?

Majority of people will vote for LeBron, because his team was nowhere near as good as Golden State were, and his opposition was better than opponents that Warriors played against in their championship runs, but minority consisting LeBron's haters will find this thread useful in running narrative against LeBron.
Another suprising discussion on realGM in the making.

Lebron's Miami Rings > KD's Rings > Lebron's Bubble Ring

Wade's Heat had gotten bounced in the first round of the playoffs when LeBron signed, albeit with Bosh.
Curry's Warriors had just won an NBA-record 73 games, beat KD's team and only lost in game 7 of the NBA Finals, which they almost assuredly would've won at full strength (not implying the Cavaliers didn't deserve their victory).
The situations are not even comparable. One still had to build something, the other only had to act like a vulture and bounce once the Warriors gave him the rings he couldn't win on his own in OKC.

This is like a magnet thread for haters
Answer is obvious, KD managed to one up Lebron and form the most stacked team in nba history due to a cap anomaly. You may never see another team that loaded the rest of your lifetime.

I agree with you that not all rings are created equal.
KD's 2017 ring is more valuable than all of LeBron's Miami Heat rings going by SRS...

Lebron super team rings is trash compared to Durants. He built a super team and made sure his team was the favorite to win every year. He didn’t even have the type of performance that Durant had in the 17 and 18 Finals in any of those Finals with the Heat. 1 year Lebron went to the Finals without a super team.

One guys 2nd option was a 16 ppg scorer in year 3 in the playoffs who couldn't shoot 3s
One guys 2nd option was a recent mvp, who has the most gravity in the league, and was scoring 29 ppg in year 3 in the playoffs
One guys 3rd option scored 0 pts in a game 7
One guys 3rd option is one of the greatest 3 and d players ever and a top 5 shooter of all time
One guys 4th option was a DPOY
One guys 4th option was a 38 year old shooter
One guys 5th option was a fmvp and an elite all time defender
One guys 5th option was a decent rotation guard, but one of the worst starting pgs in the league
I can go on for a while...

Kevin Durant doesn't have any rings.

The 2nd option averaging 16 ppg certainly looked better than the recent mvp in the 2016 Finals!
You can’t discredit Kevin Love because he had a bad series. You can’t say “Oh that’s not a super team because one of the stars had a bad series”. Doesn’t work that way.
Ray Allen was a better offensive player than Draymond Green even at that age. Ray was also more clutched and saved Lebron ass.
The only thing you’re right on is the 5th option and you reached to do that because that’s the only thing you was correct about.

lebron's rings
okc.
okc was the youngest team in the finals since walton's blazers. the nba has historically not been kind to young teams. all teams other than said blazers have had to go through the process, mainly the ring teams getting old or injured.
lebron's other miami ring was bs that not only upset pops but that very same sas team validated how bs that bs ring was by trouncing that very same heat team the following year, 4 - 1!!! lmao
so yeah, BOTH miami rings were weak
i give credit where credit is due vs gsw. could that ever happen again,,,,no, but the cavs did grind it out.
kd is just weak. it's a tie. the milennial teens has been the "70s with flash" with the spurs being the bedrock of reliability

Curry still outplayed Wade. Wade would have lost in rd 2 or 3 w/o Lebron
Didn't remember Love playing on the Heat. I assume you mean Bosh. And of course you criticize guys on if they show up in big games. 0 pts in the last game of the year and Duncan was torching him at such an old age
Ray wasn't the playmaker Draymond was and this is a 2 way sport. One guy was a liability on D and was old, one guy was a recent DPOY all nba level defender.
Don't embarrass yourself

One guy joined a top five player, and brought along a top ten player for reinforcement. A horde of the NBA's elite role players followed.
One guy joined a team that lost in game seven of the NBA Finals.
I'd say if you're playing this hypothetical game where a championship isn't a championship, their championships are worth about the same with the difference being extremely marginal and completely negligible.

If you actually watched the games it’s obvious. The Big 3 Heat were a great team but we never inevitable like the Warriors. They came pretty damn closing to losing both years they won the title. I actually think the 2017 Cavs might have been as good or better than any of the Big 3 Heat teams, and the Warriors crushed them.

First off KD's rings don't count. So let me get this straight we are comparing 0 rings vs 2? Obviously LeBron wins this one.
