To start, if that Klay Thompson injury is serious, then the beginning of the draft maybe very interesting

If Wiseman is there at 2 and Klay gets an MRI tonight, he either gets traded or not depending on the MRI results

Can an owner pay any price for a pick? Or is it limited? Like say Ballmer offered 30 million for the #1 pick etc?

If you have the firestick download a app called Pluto. I believe ESPN is on there for free and thats where the draft is on.
Let me know if that works for you so I can feel some sort of self accomplishment today

I hope not man. It sucks to see that team burn away because of injuries.

There's a limit a team can pay out and receive each season. $5.6 million last year, assume it will be the same this year.

I'm becoming concerned with Presti's affinity for picks.
It might be time for an intervention.

Interesting question. I've seen picks purchased for cash before, but I believe there are limitations to abide by.
I'm curious to know if any cash that's expensed for a pick impact the cap?

This is going to be one of the craziest drafts in a while. Whoever gets the most accurate mock draft tonight needs to win an award.

It doesn’t impact the cap. The money comes out of owners’ pocket. Teams usually sell 2nd round draft picks if they already have enough depth so they don’t want to commit money to a 2nd round player.
1st round draft picks do get sold but very rarely from what I recall. I think Detroit sold 30th to Cavs last year which became Kevin Porter Jr.
