Only ten teams can be used in the list. Since the Lakers have one of the Rodney Dangerfields' of RealGM in the Hawks, their game is obviously discounted :lol:

In one way, I am worried the Lakers got a wake up call by losing two of their last three; and they are out for blood. In another way, the Hawks and Trae look to be hitting a stride; and this could be a great game for the young squad.

The issue with this type of thinking is no team should be better with $27 million worth of cap out. They could have made better use of that capspace this season and going forward.

It does drop to 17.5 mil from here on. Pretty good trade pieceoure cap

Not like you can sign guys outright when you're capped out anyway

Pels didn’t have $27 million in cap. They had contracts traded out. They will use $17.5 over the next two seasons for Adams. And no, the Pels could not use $17.5 in cap space for a better, or nearly as important as we will likely see, player than Adams.

But hey, hopefully I am super jinxing them and the Pels play great.
