Nope. Nope. Nope.
Kawhi let PG, Beverley and Morris guard Doncic. Butler guard Doncic himself. Kawhi let others guard LeBron. Butler guard LeBron himself.
Butler always take the opponent's best player. Can't say the same about Kawhi.

Americans should watch a few Raptors games ... fred Vanvleet, and OG Anunoby, are two of the best defensive players in the NBA.. and neither are even on the list !

OG is a very good defender. FVV is a pesky defender but better at switch defending. He can get man handled due to his smaller size. And he’s. I’ve watch FVV since his Wichita state days onto the nba. He’s leaned a lot from kyle Lowry to minimize his short statue.

I whole heartedly disagree .. again.. watch them play for a few games .. there’s a reason superstars get shut down when they play the Raps ( or at least shoot under their avg)

You do realize I’m a Raptors fan, right?
“Watch the games” is a poor evaluation of this. Again, they’re great defenders, but I don’t choose them above those on the poll.
Having said that, OG is the only one I can see with some form of argument to be on the poll, and is definitely able to rise and improve in order to be in that top echelon of present-day defenders. I don’t think FVV can get much better than his current excellent defensive prowess though, largely due to size.

Giannis is way better then Gobert. He can actually guard guys on the perimeter, and won't get turned around like a turnstile.
