It's a complete joke that Curry finished ahead of Doncic, Lillard, Giannis, and CP3.

This is an insult to Porter, his shooting is prime Durant level...
It’s far better to be honest. KD has never sniffed a 65% eFG. Things change when you become a #1, but he’s going to go down as one of the most potent shot makers in history if he stays healthy. People are sleeping on his dominance. The 2nd half of the season he averaged 23 on 58% from the field and 48% from 3 (high volume), and that ramped up with Murray out. He’s going to blow up in recognition to casuals during this Portland series.
Love me some MPJ, but being honest also requires recognizing shooting skills include creation off dribble, dealt with double/triple team etc., which he has a long way to go to sniff even KD’s early days.

You’re thinking of overall game and even scoring in general. But as a shooter he’s next level. One of the purest 3pt shots in the game and like KD he can get his shot off from anywhere at any time. He’s not the attacker KD was though. Maybe in time when he feels comfortable his injuries are behind him.

...Aaaand he goes 1 for 10 for 3pt in the first game of the series.
No, KD he is not. "KD lite" he is not either.
Jokic gets 34 points and 15 rebounds but it's not enough. Zero support.

Demagoog wrote:The pattern here is that everyone who does not think Jokic should win the MVP, has jumped from ship to ship during the season. First it was Durant, then they clung to Embiid, and eventually they landed at Curry Island, with a bizarre layover at Paul and Harden. Whereas Jokic, on the other hand, has been the one constant factor the entire time. That is why he is the MVP, and has been since early January.
Yup. More or less. I'd argue a little later but not much.
Embiid and LeBron were the real competition till they were healthy. It's a pretty standard and simple formula - team record + individual stats + impact + GS played
Curry and KD were laughable options because of that. Games played kicked out Embiid and LeBron.

Not what I said and I’m not here for your 1 game sample size theatre, but he still had 25/9 on 12-21 and led all starters in +|-.
KD went 10 for 25 and 1-8 from 3 in his own game btw. He must be a scrub.
