OKC coach is getting it. How in the hell is that team winning.

“The other day I saw one of his games. He was running with the ball at a hundred per cent full speed, I don’t know how many touches he took, maybe five or six, but the ball was glued to his foot. It’s practically impossible.”

Top 5-7 sounds about right. I think there have been a few coaches clearly better, but with the Nets winning with 2 of their big 3 missing a ton of time, and with Harden out now, and constantly changing lineups, Nash should get some recognition for the job he’s done, especially as a rookie coach.

Snyder is heavy favorite at -230 right now
Monty 2nd at +350. Nash 3rd at +800
Okc coach is +50000....... close to dead last but tied with a bunch of others like Casey, Walton, Clifford and Silas

I know it's not going to happen but seriously in my opinion this dude should get some votes.

Top 5 but not favourite. Even with all the injuries that team is just too stacked. Maybe if they had no injuries and that team was steam rolling to less than 10 losses..

If I learned anything from Leicester you always take 50000-1 odds. That’s unbelievable to me if okc made the playoffs imo he would get it imo

I mean they have a decent D, but the 2nd worst offense in the league and 4th worst SRS in the league. He's definitely not going to be in the discussion lol.

Monty getting COY!
I love Nash but hard to judge a coach and a team with so much talent.
You could put me in charge of the Nets and im sure i could just let them do their thing.

Would you make any speeches before the games if you were the head coach of the nets? To feel like you contributed?

The playoffs were not especially kind to Nash, the pg. I don’t care that much about regular season awards for coaching. He’s go a clean slate to show he’s like Phi, or Doug Collins, or something in between.

There’s no option for him outside top 10.
Is he definitely a top 10 coach?

He's not COTY, but he's been doing a great job with a lot of different personalities and with missing his best players.

Re: Where do you have Steve Nash in Coach of the year voting?
Coash Nash has done a great job, and it's easy for people to casually dismiss on the basis of Nets roster, but in reality, that roster has drastically changed throughout the season and Nets have dealt with injuries to key players.
