Before Game 1




A rematch of last year's six game series that featured the shot above. Both teams have made changes to their rosters since. Who ya got?

I hope it will become tight 7 game series with a clear advantage for the Clippers because Kawhi is still the better player than Luka. I just hope that Luka and KP get healthy through the series in cotnrast to last year.

I will probably go with the Clippers but it can really go either way.

After that cowardly, sissy tankjob to end the season I can see Clipper karma coming back to bite them in the butt. Luka is on a mission and the Mavs have been playing well.

The Clippers are about to get a rematch with the Mavericks, and from what I observed, this is going to feel like Clippers-Grizzlies 2.0.

In the 2012 lockout playoffs, Clippers had a miraculous 27-point comeback in Game 1 to take control of the series and go up 3-1, only to nearly squander it away to a Game 7. While they still won the series, they would lose to the Spurs in the 2nd round via sweep.

Then in 2013, Clippers redrew the Grizzlies for a rematch. They were up 2-0, one game away from getting the 3-0 lead and automatic series win; no team in NBA history has ever recovered from a 3-0 playoff series deficit. Once Game 3 happened, the Clippers skid off the rails completely, and the Grizzlies stormed right back to not only prevent the 3-0 lead but steal the series outright and send the Clippers home in Game 6. The Grizzlies comeback vs. Clippers would result in Memphis making their first ever conference finals appearance.

For the Clippers to prove they have completely changed, they must sweep the Mavs. If not that, go up 3-0 to get the automatic series win.

Luka has been playing horrible as of late. Don't expect last year's Luka. Clippers will dominate & the series will be over within 6 games.

I'll say that Kawhi and Paul George aren't as dominant as they've been in years past. But I still think the Clippers are likely to pull out the win in a long series.

In a Dallas-Portland-LA 3 way tie, Dallas holds the tiebreaker

I hope god punishes Clippers for blatantly tanking vs Rockets & Thunder.

Why did the Clippers tank for this? They really that scared of the Lakers??? I guess they also avoid Jokic with their little tank job. Pretty pathetic honestly.

Screw the Clippers man. I wanted Jokic vs Doncic not a rerun of the Mavs getting run over by a vastly stronger team
