Lowe had Steph on his first team all NBA and Gobert third team.

Nobody rates Gobert ahead of Curry.

So people (a majority) in the title turns into Zach Lowe in the post turns to he had a major life altering event and doesn't really do his job that well any more and it doesn't have a link.

let me be outrage about something that I purposely misunderstood just so I can be outraged.

Personally I’ll take a Sorbet over a Curry any day but I respect OP’s preferences.

I am Jazz fan, and I'm trading Gobert for Curry, sadly. Conley can be traded or center can be waived, but Curry with Mitchell Bogey Royce and Favors... Deadly offensive arsenal

People who simply dismiss someone else's opinions as "they only rely on box score stats" usually have no idea what box score stats are.

I know this one because I used to be like that and two because Curry is literally rated much higher than Gobert by most box score stats. It's the (generally more respected) impact stats like EPM, RAPTOR and LEBRON that have Gobert ahead of or equal to Curry for the season.

no one thinks gobert is better than curry. if you're going to make trash threads asking if people even watch basketball, you should at least open your eyes.

Gobert in the RS was sort of like a reverse Curry.

Rim protection so good that he is carrying a roster of slow athletically challenged forwards and undersized guards.

People kept telling me Gobert is the best player on Jazz... They sure missed Mitchell..

There were people that had him as a top 2-3 mvp candidate. Which in my mind is insane for a roleplayer who has barely any offensive skill and whose defensive impact can be partially negated by the right scheme.

Do you really think people that care enough about basketball to analyze advanced statistics don’t wanna watch basketball?
