"Sooooooo, you don't sportsball past the age of 20 then huh?"

Muscle pulls rarely look egregious, but they hurt, they debilitate, and they linger.

A pulled hamstring can take months to heal.

Clippers have been completely healthy and seem to be struggling the most.

Should have been a walk to the Championship for them.

Ibaka is done for the year. That's a huge loss for the Clips.

Some can't.

I'd say both teams were handling it just fine until Giannis stuck his leg under Kyrie.

You mean, when he got position for the rebound? He didn't intentionally force Kyrie to turn his ankle.

No, I hooped til I was about 45, my back couldn't take it anymore beyond that. Only pulled a hammy once, playing flag football. It sucked but I could still sit in my chair at my office, lol.
I'm just surprised he re-injured it on such an innocuous play. He played some heavy minutes against the Celtics and looked fine.
Maybe he didn't warm up and stretch well enough before the game?

Except he didn’t strain it. He should be back any day now given how he pulls up when tested more rigorously in training

There's a reason they don't call fouls for that in the paint, it's because that's how you position for a rebound.

not sure what the image is supposed to mean, it seems pretty useless. I didn't say it was intentional, but your own interpretation of why it wasn't a foul is irrelevant. Also, you don't get into position for a rebound by sticking your foot under a guy thats landing. If thats how guys got rebounds, there'd be multiple injuries a game.

Regardless, the post I was responding to claimed that the Bucks are capable of handling physical play better than the Nets. You're welcome to believe this if you want, I think it has a little more to do with 2 of the Nets 3 best players getting injured.

I think it's disingenuous to frame it as "Giannis stuck his leg under Kyrie" and that's exactly what you did. The implication in framing it as such is that it's dirty, intentional, or not a basketball play. If you don't mean it as such, maybe just rephrase it as, Kyrie rolled an ankle or Kyrie caught a bad break and got hurt, but you didn't do that.
