Nearly three pages and no mentions of Terrell Brandon. For shame

Congrats to those that continue to make Skip wealthy.

What the hell year was this???? Terrell Brandon was very good player but I can’t think of a single individual year where I would have called him the best in the NBA, either coming into the season or ending it.

Somebody at SI was smoking that stuff.

1997 this issue was from February. Consider this an early version of a hot take, but he was still very good

I’ve noticed that’s always so easy...until he mentions a player you like or takes a stance against something you really are invested in

Then his annoying take stays with me and bothers the hell out of me

I realize I need therapy after writing that

That touch took me by surprise as well.

It's in Portland, OR.

He’s right he’s not top 15 all time, more like top 5 lol. And GOAT in terms of a complete game. Literally ranks at an elite level for every skill involved offense/defense for a PG of his size.

I can’t think of a PG in history with a game as complete as CP3.

1. Magic
2. Oscar
3. Curry
4. West
5. Thomas

Those 5 are clearly above Paul, based on their post season success. Not up for debate in my mind. That leaves

Stockton, Nash, Kidd & Westbrook to go with Paul for the top 10 all time.

Not top 15 is just click bait stuff. And here we are talking about Skip.

Not gonna lie, I lol’d hard when he said CP3 is more well known for State Farm commercials than he is for his playoff performances.

Where do you come up with this stuff lol

I think if I tried really hard, I could put Tony Parker, Gary Payton and Billups ahead of CP3, which would push him out of the top 10, but never out of the top 15.
So many people who attain the heights of power in this culture—celebrities, for instance—have to make a show of false humility and modesty, as if they got as far as they did by accident and not by ego or ambition.

I would take Zeke and Stockton both over CP3.

This takes absurb but its funny to think who those 10-15 guys might be on Skips imaginary list he never thought of?

Mark Price? Kevin Johnson? Deron Williams?
