2021 has a superstar in Trae... 2015 just four all stars a nice system... but playoff time stars with Superstars...
2021 Hawks is a very talented team but have not found their groove until now.. watch out for them, I see them making the NBA finals, would not be surprised that if they win it all, Trae the final MVP...

No, the 2015 Hawks had 0 High End players and super overachieved by playing harder than the rest of the league during the year.

Trae by himself has more trade value than that whole starting lineup.

This Hawks team has a star who can shift an entire defence, and more one on one talent. 2015 Hawks didn't have that; their superpower was ball movement, and if you took that away from them, and forced them to beat you one on one, they were much closer to an average team.

That 2015 team was one of the most overrated teams ever going into those playoffs. Them getting handled so easily was not surprising at all.

We didn't have a legit star like Trae on that 2015 team

No one then exploited a rule so much they are going to have to change the rules to prevent the game from being diluted any further.

2015 Hawks were far better. They suffer from the same issue as the 2016-2018 Raptors. Statistically better than any team in the east today but they got worked by LeBron in the playoffs so they're dismissed

Overall I think the 2015 were a bit more talented but like everyone is saying they had no one like trae

Eh he's smart enough to find other ways to impact the game. It's like when they cracked down on the rip-through move, Harden said he'd find something else, then comes in next with the step-back three next season.

5-23 Trae in game 7, what a superstar. They beat the knicks, whose best player is d. Rose and the self imploding 76ers with Simmons playing with poop in his diaper and Embiid who is emotionally weak and on 1 leg. If I could short the Trae young stock for money I would do so heavily.

Might not be better than evert team but for sure dismissed because LeBron swept them with no Love and Kyrie playing like 60 minutes.

Lets be honest prime Millsap and Horford are really the only all star level players there and neither are close to current Trae

Jeff Teague and Kyle Korver being an allstar was just b/c of the season they had. Absolutely no one in the world thought that Hawks team was winning 60 games preseason. No one thought Teague or Korver were actually all stars either and neither have ever sniffed a selection for the rest of their careers for a reason. Bogdan, Collins and Capela are all better than either of them. Those 2 arent even better players than Gallo TBH

Teague and Korver are not actually close to being all-star level guys, even then. I remember not being surprised at all when the Cavs wept them. Al Horford and Paul Millsap were legit all-stars, but the Hawks needed an elite shot-creator, and they never had one (during that run) until now.

The 2021 Hawks are more talented.
