Even says he thinks superstars would love playing with Randle because he’s “rough & tough”.

Yes, when you look at superstars teaming up a pattern emerges of stars going to teams that are tough and rough.

Nice thought, and he's not the first person to say it, but reality is that it hasn't really happened since Dolan took over. Maybe that changes but Magic Johnson isn't going to be the one that changes my opinion.

I think the Knicks are still a little off from removing the Dolan stigma but keep building and Dolan at arms length and the perception will continue to change.

It seems appropriate that the genius of Magic Johnson would align with the same old tired New York sportswriters that have been predicting superstars will want to come play for the Knicks for 30 years now. The Garden is "The Mecca" you know.

BKN is a viable option so I doubt a true MVP goes. They need to draft or trade for one first
