So apparently a Giannis biography has just been released, and some of the anecdotes/descriptions of Kidd in it are pretty brutal.

I hope Kidd learned his lesson by not being able to find a job for so long. If he goes back to the same behavior, he should get fired asap. For all you saying those players were soft, I recommend you to read up on how to get the best out of athletes.

The thing with kidd is that this isn't unusual for him. He has a long history of being a horrible human being. Domestic abuse, DUI, affairs, treating players like ****. Add in and he hasn't been that great of a coach I don't understand why the Mavs would risk it all on Kidd.

Kids are more critical of Kidd making millionaires run sprints than the fact he beat the **** out of his wife.

Guys no one is saying Kidd should go to federal prison because of this lol.

The point is a coach behaving in this way is uncalled for and ineffective. You can't successfully coach a team if they hate you.

Well, I mean...Larry Sanders ended up in the hospital and his career was over that day, so it wasn't exactly nothing.

But that was one incident among others mentioned. Overall, it seems like Kidd's mentality is to break down guys through embarrassing them - and that seems like it would backfire spectacularly in 2021.

Holy smokes. If this is facts, then Kidd should never be a head coach. This behavior aligns with his domestic abuse track record.

I'd be more worried that he's a crap coach in games TBH, although being an unpleasant dick is in the list of things to worry about. As a fan experience, be prepared for the most meaningless cliche interviews.

I probably would have ended up slugging him if I played for a coach like this.
