It's Ant, but Minnesota needs desperate saving. Pat Bev needs to instill a defensive mindset into him and this roster needs to be overhauled big time. he also needs to improve the efficiency a bit more, but that will happen considering he's already getting more efficient.

KAT is not it, and actually if PHX don't wanna pay Ayton and an Ayton for KAT trade might be in the works at some point. That would be some serious fire.

He has one good game. Than goes back to really bad games.

Can’t let the kid keep shooting 22/23 shots a game. Especially with team losing.

KAT/Edwards are not good match. Don’t even get me started on dlo.

I do think they need to trade for a more defensive minded center if they want to go with Edwards. But he’s really shown me nothing besides no fear of taking bad shots. I guess that’s better than a fear of taking bad shots (Maxey doesn’t want to take too many bad shots).

But all about fit. And KAT and Edwards are not a good fit.

I do think Maxey and embiid can fit well since embiid draws so much attention. And Maxey can break down a defense in half court. Something Simmons cannot do.

Sixers are 7-1 with embiid. And 1-5 without embiid. As Maxey gains more confidence. It’s hard to double embiid. (Fake double team) with Maxey threat or dribble penetration in half court and 3 shooters waiting on the perimeter. That’s why the sixers had the best offensive rating with embiid. And scary thought is embiid isn’t even playing well.

Lol what a joke! Quickley averages 7ppg on 36% lol

Tyrese is wayyy closer to Edwards than Quickley is to Tyrese. Did you not see the numbers I posted above, quickley is not on the same level as maxey, horrible assessment on your part.

People who value counting stats will say Anthony Edwards in a landslide. But those who look further into it past the counting stats will see that they are actually fairly close. Counting stats are in Edwards favor while the Advanced Statistics are in Maxey’s favor.

Maxey’s last 10 games:

19.0 PPG
5.2 APG
56.1 FG%
51.6% 3P%

I would take Maxey over D’Aaron Fox for the future.

Maxey is starting and has a much bigger role with Ben out lol

Iq started season slow but back on track to showing his potential. If he had Maxeys role he would easily be a 16+ Ppg scorer

It’ll be more fair to compare their rookie seasons.

Maxey is shooting the ball more efficiently right now. That's all there is to the advanced stats discrepancy. I'm pretty fine with anyone saying Maxey is the more impactful/helpful player in his role on the Sixers right now. The Wolves are a mess and Ant's erratic, conscious-less play style accounts for some of that.

But they aren't in the same world in terms of upside. Ant is just so much bigger and athletic. I don't think people quite grasp how rare Ant's physical tools are. He's the Zion of shooting guards and I don't think that's an exageration.

Anthony Edwards has a much higher ceiling IMO. I’d pick him over Maxey all day.

Only reason you don't hear us much about Quickley is that the Knicks have several other point guard including Rose and Walker.
With Simmons out, Maxey is the only point guard on the roster. Stats and impact are partially a product of opportunity.
