Lakers need Phil Jackson or Popovich. They are the only two coaches that might get some kind of effort out of this mess of a veteran team.

Phil isn’t physically fit enough to coach full time any more and I don’t think he’s interested any way.. this much has been documented already

Yeah Phil is not the yes-man coach that Lebron would ever sign off on. He will always go for the weak minded coaches that he can bully around into playing his way.
