Since there are threads about people claiming the current game is nothing but a 3-pointer chuckfest, let's quantify how many Real GMers watch or don't watch the NBA game.

I live on the box scores more. Used to watch NBA on cable but I rather watch stream highlights, and check active box score games.

Finals games might be the only ones I watch on cable.

If I have the energy to find a stream, it is for my own team. (maybe once or twice a week?) If I ever watch another game(maybe once a month?), then it has to be available over the air - which I usually enjoy. The rest of my NBA video content comes from highlights via ESPN, Tik Tok, Twitter, or elsewhere.

But, I read at least some news from around the league at least daily, if not more.

I watch the Bulls, every game (this year)

I watch way less than I'd like to, as frankly, I have a lot of stuff going on in the evenings often during prime time. Honesty, I'd watch the hell out of games if we had them on during work hours. I'd love to have some day games to have on in the background while working....likely more productive than me posting here as this actually delays me finishing things now and then lol.

Should be an option "I just watch the games for my team"

What else am I going to watch on TV??

this year full games i see are litle, maybe i saw like 10-20 full

but i used to put no live stream on the 4 quarter, if is a good game and is close i watch the entire 4q if is a blowout i dont see nothing.

If is a +10 or similar i press forward and see how they are in 3-4 min etc

the seasons when i watch like +100 full games are over (RS only, the playoffs almost entire)

I watch nearly every Jazz game.

That's about it though. Part of it is just the scarcity of free time I have, and the other part is I don't have much interest outside the Jazz.

Once the playoffs roll around though, I'll pick and choose some intriguing matchups in the first couple rounds, and then tend to watch most (if not all) of the conference finals and finals.

I’ve watched almost all of the Bulls games and have attended a couple as well. Chalk it up to the Bulls playing well as the reason though.

Yeah, it's not like 40% of all field goal attempts this season are 3 point shots or anything.

For instance, my Xfinity subscription comes access to the Xfinity Stream app. But a lot of channels can't be streamed outside of your home.

So I can spoof it because I run a VPN server and can connect to it with my iPhone or iPad. Sometimes I will stream NBA TV or ESPN if games are on and I'm outside the home.

But by default, it's not easy to do unless you access some Reddit like streams or subscribe to NBA Ticket.

I think my regional sports channel can't be streamed outside the home either without jumping through some hoops.

Nope. I watch highlights on YouTube. Only full highlights I usually watch are the Clippers. For other teams, I fast forward to end of game highlights like winning shots, stuff like that.

Regular season no. Teams seems to be playing with low effort first 3 quarters and if game is tight then maybe start playing with 70% effort on fourth quarter. Or at least it seems so. But will be watching playoffs.

Watch nearly every Raptors game (unless I forget to PVR it) and if I have time, the marquee game of the day. It's the only reason why I still have cable since I can only really watch pre-recorded games(tune in just before or around half time) to get caught up by the 4th Q.

It's pretty shocking that some of you guys don't watch ANY regular season games, yet still do post on a basketball forum.
