Coach sucks.

They have some nice top end talent on the wings but man they just don't seem to mesh together and neither one of them seems like a leader. I'm fully confident my Spurs would smoke them in a 7 game playoff series

I was on a brief hiatus so this is all news to me. It's good to see him take accountability, but what reason did he have for shooting down Horford's comments?

Bad role players. No real shooters. Smart is our starting PG. All just bad.

Two of the three quotes in the OP were from weeks or months ago and we already talked about them on this board when they happened. The third one is from Coach Udoka tonight and I don't especially care for it.

Coincidentally, I think the one who may need soul searching and looking the mirror is Coach Udoka.

I think we "the media" overrate them. We keep saying this is the core that made the conference Finals in the bubble but the East has changed significantly since then. Even the Celtics organization has changed drastically since then. I think it is just a season of evaluation.

They need a CP3 type in their locker room. Someone who actually knows how to get guys into their spots and run a team.

I don't even remember what Horford's comment was exactly. But I think Jaylen was grumpy because he'd just sucked and we'd just lost. This thread is based on a random tweet with 3 unrelated, paraphrased comments out of context.

The team isn’t good … pure and simple. Their two “stars” are overhyped and are robins on a contending team. They need a Batman

Horford was just throwing out stuff from his bag of cliches he has acquired from his years of experience in the NBA

In their defense, you cant do anything about Evan Fournier activating NBA Jam on fire mode against tightly contested defense, and RJ Barret hitting one of the most awkward game winners of the season.
